Agreement Overview<\/h2>\r\n      <p>\r\n        As an authorized affiliate of KeyXpress, you agree to comply with all terms\r\n        contained in this Agreement. By registering and promoting KeyXpress,\r\n        you confirm your acceptance of these terms.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n      <p>\r\n        Your participation is solely for the purpose of advertising KeyXpress\r\n        and earning commissions on qualifying memberships or products purchased\r\n        through your referrals.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\r\n    <!-- APPROVAL -->\r\n    <div class=\"kx-legal-card\">\r\n      <h2>2. Approval or Rejection of Application<\/h2>\r\n      <p>\r\n        We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application\r\n        at our sole discretion. Rejection does not grant any legal recourse\r\n        against KeyXpress.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\r\n    <!-- COMMISSIONS -->\r\n    <div class=\"kx-legal-card\">\r\n      <h2>3. Commissions<\/h2>\r\n      <ul>\r\n        <li>Commissions are paid once per month.<\/li>\r\n        <li>The referred account must remain active for at least <strong>31 days<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n        <li>Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.<\/li>\r\n        <li>No commission is paid on refunded or chargeback transactions.<\/li>\r\n        <li>The minimum withdrawal amount is <strong>$30<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n      <\/ul>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\r\n    <!-- TERMINATION -->\r\n    <div class=\"kx-legal-card\">\r\n      <h2>4. Termination<\/h2>\r\n      <p>\r\n        Your affiliate account may be suspended or terminated for any of the following:\r\n      <\/p>\r\n      <ul>\r\n        <li>Misleading or false advertising.<\/li>\r\n        <li>Spamming or unsolicited promotions.<\/li>\r\n        <li>Promotion of illegal or prohibited content.<\/li>\r\n        <li>Failure to disclose affiliate relationships where legally required.<\/li>\r\n        <li>Intellectual property violations involving KeyXpress assets.<\/li>\r\n        <li>Offering rebates, kickbacks, or incentives from affiliate commissions.<\/li>\r\n        <li>Self-referrals, fraud, or suspected abuse.<\/li>\r\n      <\/ul>\r\n      <p>\r\n        KeyXpress reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time,\r\n        with or without cause.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\r\n    <!-- AFFILIATE LINKS -->\r\n    <div class=\"kx-legal-card\">\r\n      <h2>5. Affiliate Links & Promotion<\/h2>\r\n      <p>\r\n        Affiliates may promote KeyXpress using approved graphic or text links on\r\n        websites, emails, offline publications, and classified advertisements.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n      <p>\r\n        You may use creatives provided by KeyXpress or create your own,\r\n        provided they comply with these Terms.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\r\n    <!-- COUPONS -->\r\n    <div class=\"kx-legal-card\">\r\n      <h2>6. Coupon & Deal Promotion<\/h2>\r\n      <p>\r\n        Coupons may only be promoted if explicitly assigned to you.\r\n        Unauthorized coupon promotion is prohibited.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n      <ul>\r\n        <li>No misleading coupon or deal language.<\/li>\r\n        <li>No bidding on branded coupon or discount keywords.<\/li>\r\n        <li>No pop-ups, auto-redirects, or forced cookie placement.<\/li>\r\n        <li>Users must see deal details before any affiliate cookie is set.<\/li>\r\n        <li>No fake \u201cclick to reveal deal\u201d behavior.<\/li>\r\n      <\/ul>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\r\n    <!-- PPC -->\r\n    <div class=\"kx-legal-card\">\r\n      <h2>7. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Policy<\/h2>\r\n      <p>\r\n        PPC advertising is not permitted without prior written approval\r\n        from KeyXpress.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\r\n    <!-- LIABILITY -->\r\n    <div class=\"kx-legal-card\">\r\n      <h2>8. Liability<\/h2>\r\n      <p>\r\n        KeyXpress is not liable for indirect damages, tracking failures,\r\n        loss of commissions, or technical issues affecting the Affiliate Program.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n      <p>\r\n        We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted operation of the Program.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\r\n    <!-- TERM -->\r\n    <div class=\"kx-legal-card\">\r\n      <h2>9. Term of Agreement<\/h2>\r\n      <p>\r\n        This Agreement begins upon acceptance into the Affiliate Program\r\n        and remains in effect until termination.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n      <p>\r\n        Continued participation after changes are made constitutes acceptance\r\n        of the revised terms.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\r\n    <!-- INDEMNIFICATION -->\r\n    <div class=\"kx-legal-card\">\r\n      <h2>10. Indemnification<\/h2>\r\n      <p>\r\n        You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KeyXpress and its partners,\r\n        officers, and employees from any claims or damages arising from\r\n        your participation in the Affiliate Program.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\r\n    <!-- ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE -->\r\n    <div class=\"kx-legal-card kx-legal-contact\">\r\n      <h2>11. Electronic Signatures<\/h2>\r\n      <p>\r\n        This Agreement is an electronic contract.
