1. Agreement Overview

As an authorized affiliate of KeyXpress, you agree to comply with all terms contained in this Agreement. By registering and promoting KeyXpress, you confirm your acceptance of these terms.

Your participation is solely for the purpose of advertising KeyXpress and earning commissions on qualifying memberships or products purchased through your referrals.

2. Approval or Rejection of Application

We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion. Rejection does not grant any legal recourse against KeyXpress.

3. Commissions

• Commissions are paid once per month.
• The referred account must remain active for at least 31 days.
• Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.
• No commission is paid on refunded or chargeback transactions.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is $30.

4. Termination

Your affiliate account may be suspended or terminated for any of the following:

• Misleading or false advertising.
• Spamming or unsolicited promotions.
• Promotion of illegal or prohibited content.
• Failure to disclose affiliate relationships where legally required.
• Intellectual property violations involving KeyXpress assets.
• Offering rebates, kickbacks, or incentives from affiliate commissions.
• Self-referrals, fraud, or suspected abuse.

KeyXpress reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time, with or without cause.

5. Affiliate Links & Promotion

Affiliates may promote KeyXpress using approved graphic or text links on websites, emails, offline publications, and classified advertisements.

You may use creatives provided by KeyXpress or create your own, provided they comply with these Terms.

6. Coupon & Deal Promotion

Coupons may only be promoted if explicitly assigned to you. Unauthorized coupon promotion is prohibited.

• No misleading coupon or deal language.
• No bidding on branded coupon or discount keywords.
• No pop-ups, auto-redirects, or forced cookie placement.
• Users must see deal details before any affiliate cookie is set.
• No fake “click to reveal deal” behavior.

7. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Policy

PPC advertising is not permitted without prior written approval from KeyXpress.

8. Liability

KeyXpress is not liable for indirect damages, tracking failures, loss of commissions, or technical issues affecting the Affiliate Program.

We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted operation of the Program.

9. Term of Agreement

This Agreement begins upon acceptance into the Affiliate Program and remains in effect until termination.

Continued participation after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KeyXpress and its partners, officers, and employees from any claims or damages arising from your participation in the Affiliate Program.
